Cooper’s teaches at NY Botanical Gardens

At the invitation of the New York Botanical Gardens, Brad Cooper owner of Cooper’s (Cooper Mulch), was a guest lecturer for the Landscape Designers Class this past November 2004. The lecturer was on “Incorporating Water Gardens into your Landscape Designs”. Concepts taught included utilizing the landscape topography while yet incorporating the life style of the homeowner. The water garden elements as well as the balanced eco-system were covered with great attention to the biology of the system. Components discussed were from Aquascape Designs, the largest manufacturer in North America of water garden products.

After the lecture, Thomas Lawton, stated that the lecture far surpassed his expectations and that of the class for “understandable details, yet a lively presentation”.
