Cooper's First Annual Parade of Ponds

(July 2002) Danbury, CT – Cooper's a leading Mulch, Water Garden and Landscape Supply Company located in Northern Fairfield County, is sponsoring its first Annual Parade of Ponds. The Parade of Ponds will be a self-guided tour showcasing some of the most incredible water gardens in the Fairfield, Litchfield, and Westchester, Putnam and Duchess Counties. The Tour is scheduled for Saturday, July 13, 2002.

Having been a ProPond Dealer with Aquascape Design, Inc. for the past year, Cooper's has quickly risen to become the #3 Dealer in New England. Parade of Ponds will be a ticketed event modeled after Aquascape Design's annual Parade of Ponds held in Chicago. Proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit Family and Children's Aid, a United Way sponsored agency.

Owners, Lyn & Brad Cooper have been pond owners themselves for 3 years. Lyn states, "We wanted to bring the Parade of Ponds to the area to share the beauty of water gardening with the general public."
