Cooper’s – joins the National Water Garden Excellence Program

Brad Cooper owner of Cooper’s, a local Landscape Supply Company, specializing in Water Gardens announced today (August 18, 2005) that they have joined a national Water Garden Excellence Program sponsored by Aquascape Designs out of Chicago. When Brad first heard of this program, geared toward teaching the staff customer service and product knowledge he said, “it is an obvious program to invest $2,000 in.”

Cooper’s has always felt that going the extra distance to work with a prospect to understand the full eco-system of a water garden, the happier the customer and healthier the pond. Learning more about water gardening in formal classes for the entire staff through conference calls, and sessions in Chicago as well as other parts of the continent is a win for the staff and our customers.
